Christ was crucified and died on Good Friday. On Sunday God brought Him to Life, the resurrection. In this is the good news of Easter.
It is also a stumbling block for many and those who do not believe mock the believers. Christ said expect this to happen, “You will be persecuted for believing in Me.”
The renewal of the resurrection is also the beginning of nature’s new life. Babies scurry around, buds are popping and the spring is underway.

Had to come by and wish one of my special friends a Happy Easter. I see spring is certainly arrived at your place. The blossoms are so beautiful. The only thing here poking above ground are winter crocus. I was busy a bit this winter trying to create a book of my photos I had created with quotes. Didn't get it done yet but it is in the works. Hope to increase my internet speed here at the ranch. It has been so hard the last year trying to load pages to visit people. Also increase my download allowance. I have so missed seeing and reading about everyone and their wonderful creative writings such as yours. To new beginnings with fresh starts. Hugs Carrie
