Being Killed by the Greenies

Unions moan and groan about lots of things and like many, blame others for their problems.  There are things/circumstances that the unions can squawk about, but for the most part they need to look in the mirror.   Then go open a union history book and get a grasp on their beginnings and the purpose of why they were formed. 

Union membership is probably at one of its lowest levels ever, percentage wise of the population.  Factories that used to be unions are now overseas, products that were produced on the USA are now foreign produced.  The unions love to blame the Republicans for this issue.   They better start looking at the party they support and the special interest groups in the Democratic Party. 

The “Greenies” have forced so many jobs out of the states and or replaced/eliminated nice paying jobs because of environmental regulations.  If unions really are for the American worker, they better kick the “Greenies” out of the Democratic Party or leave the Democrats and form their own political organization.  They won’t become Republicans because to the Unions, the Republicans are the bane to unions. 

The left wing of the Democrat party has chased so many jobs off the grid.  Best example of that is the Green Energy Imitative. Wind turbines have eliminated 100’s if not thousands of good paying union jobs.  No longer is coal mined and no longer do the trains haul the coal.  Lots of the green energy stuff comes from overseas or is owned by foreign companies. 

The unions are taking it on the chin by the greenies and are doing nothing about it.  As a result, union jobs are shrinking. 

Within the Democratic Party, there are others that are dissatisfied with the turn the party has taken.  If the union people and these disgruntled Democrats could hook up, they could become a major influence in the Democratic Party and maybe bring it back towards the center and help bring some jobs back to the states. 

The unions serve a good purpose, they just need to go back in history and see what their original goals were.  Then look at how greed brought them down and was used against them.  The trade unions became large corporate giants and their greed raised havoc with the organs.  Right now their greed is blinding them to why they are losing.
